Philip Botha

Philip has held various management positions during his career to date, including that of co-founder, partner and Managing Director of Headspace PR; Marketing Director of Yahoo! Germany; and Vice-President: Consumer and Commercial Marketing of Universal Music International. He has also been facilitating Leadership Trainings and Retreats on behalf of Axialent since 2009.

A Master Coach (MCC), certified through ICF, Philip’s background is in international business management. Starting his coaching career in 2005, today he is certified as a master coach and specialises in Authentic Leadership development as an executive coach and leadership trainer. He draws on his extensive experience when working with his clients, who range from international captains of industry to CEOs and senior executives; from small companies to billion dollar corporations. Based in Berlin, Philip coaches or facilitates in English or German, Internationally, in person or virtually.

His incisive approach enables him to assist his clients to maximise their leadership impact on their organisations and goals.
